Honey please scrub 4oz 
Honey please oil 1oz 
Honey please cream 6oz 
Wash with soap 
Exfoliate 2x a week with scrub
Apply cream 
Then apply oil 
As much as needed 1 to 2 times a day
Scrub only 2x a week.
